A Fantastic Retreat with Stunning Views

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay with stunning golf views from our room. The pool area was a hit with the kids, providing plenty of activities. Dining options were decent, but I recommend venturing out for better meals. Definitely take the ferry to explore downtown Savannah!

Ideal for groups craving a getaway

So listen I went to this place with a group for a conference and we had kids screaming in the halls all night and I thought great I’m gonna lose it but the manager showed extraordinary care addressing our concerns and the amenities were really pretty good too like the coffee in the lobby was always fresh and that made mornings a little easier to bear

But let’s be honest it wasn’t exactly a bargain considering how much we paid.

Couples looking for a serene escape

We had a river view room which was just amazing. Watching the cargo ships glide by was nice. Felt like we weren't just there for a stay but a whole experience.

the westin has stunning views of the historic district. the heated outdoor pool is refreshing and perfect for relaxation. the staff took great care of us, especially the lady at the starbucks. it's also conveniently close to the pinpoint heritage museum!

during our group visit, we were pleasantly surprised by how the westin exceeded our expectations. the rooms were spacious and boasted stunning views of the river, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the complimentary cookies and smores by the fire were a delightful touch!

wifi was inconsistent at times

Had a frustrating experience with the confusion over room assignments, leading to delays and a last-minute accommodation change that wasn’t suitable. While the restaurant served good food, the service left a lot to be desired—long waits and overlooked orders marred what could have been a great dining experience. The pool area felt overcrowded, making it difficult to find loungers and enjoy a peaceful day.

The room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The balcony offered river views that were beautiful, especially at sunset. I loved the outdoor swimming pool and the spa with excellent body treatments. The ferry was super convenient for getting to downtown Savannah, making it easy to explore the area.

The outdoor pool area was large and inviting, but it filled up quickly, making it hard to find a lounge chair. Dining options were pleasant, with tasty breakfast choices like freshly made muesli. However, the service left much to be desired. there were significant delays in room readiness after a pre-requested early check-in, and the safe in my room was non-functional, raising security concerns.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the massage at the Heavenly Spa and loved the easy access to the golf course. The ferry ride was super convenient, making it so easy to explore the area. The amenities and staff were fantastic throughout our stay.
